4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship products to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary based on the shipping method selected, destination, and product availability.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products purchased directly from ZOROCAM. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, product designs, and trademarks, is the property of ZOROCAM or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California, and be conducted in English.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to our legal department.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.
